Primary Care Networks are groups of GP Practices working together as a network, in which they are commissioned to deliver Enhanced Services. These services are provided by practices, over and above the core 8am-6pm contract. As part of the East PCN provision a limited number of appointments are available at our surgery on Saturdays, these can be Face to Face or telephone appointments.
Please take note of the following:-
- These appointments MUST be booked in advance, it is not a walk-in clinic and you will not be seen without an appointment.
- Staffing for Enhanced Access could be from any of the surgeries within the East PCN so may not be Dunsville Medical Centre staff and you will not be able to telephone Dunsville Medical Centre on Saturdays.
- Staff will not have access to Dunsville Medical Centre systems, so cannot deal with any other requests or queries.
- Clinicians available are limited and available services vary week to week.
